This is a Philips Dynalite lighting control system with an 8-channel, 8-circuit, positive phase dimming controller (8 circuits, 1A per circuit). Each circuit can be connected up to 1A. The soft start and voltage adjustment technology protects the lamps and improves their lifespan.
